What Makes It Unique

A mountain 100K through Vietnam's Central Highlands.

The Course

A mountain ultra through the Central Highlands of Vietnam, climbing through pine forests, past waterfalls, and along ridgelines above Da Lat — the "City of Eternal Spring" at 1,500m altitude. The terrain is a mix of well-maintained forest trails, technical single-track through bamboo, and red-clay farm paths that become treacherous when wet. Coffee plantations and flower farms dot the valleys between climbs. The highland altitude provides relief from Vietnam's lowland heat, but humidity remains high and afternoon rain squalls are common.

Lore & Trivia

Da Lat — Vietnam's "City of Eternal Spring" — sits at 1,500m in the Central Highlands, surrounded by pine forests, waterfalls, and coffee plantations. The ultra trail takes advantage of this rare Vietnamese altitude: cool temperatures, technical single-track through pine and bamboo forest, and hill tribe villages where runners are cheered by ethnic K'Ho communities. Vietnam's trail running scene has exploded since 2015, and Da Lat is its spiritual home — the altitude, the trails, and the post-race pho make it perfect.

  • Dalat is known as the 'City of Eternal Spring'.
  • The course passes through ethnic minority villages.
  • Vietnam's Central Highlands produce world-class coffee and tea.
  • Established in 2018.
  • Total elevation gain: 4200m.

Da Lat is Vietnam's running capital — cool altitude, pine forests, and the best pho recovery meal in ultra running.
